Features: algorithmic matching based on preferences (gender, location, language), live video\/audio (WebRTC), text chat, gender filter (premium), location filter (premium), Next button, report function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Service is &#8220;as available&#8221; &#8211; we don&#8217;t guarantee: uptime, matches (depends on users online), error-free operation, or specific outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Account Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To access certain features, create an account. You agree to: provide accurate information, keep it updated, use real age, not impersonate others, not create fraudulent accounts. One account only &#8211; creating multiple to bypass bans, manipulate matching, abuse trials, or evade payment is prohibited and results in termination of all accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Security:<\/strong> You&#8217;re responsible for password confidentiality, all account activities, notifying us of unauthorized access, using strong passwords, and not sharing accounts. Report security issues to security@luckycrusher.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may require verification to confirm identity, verify age, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements. Failure to verify may result in suspension or feature limitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strictly prohibited:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sexual misconduct:<\/strong> Minors (zero tolerance &#8211; immediate ban + law enforcement), non-consensual recording\/distribution, sexual harassment\/coercion\/threats, exposing genitals without consent, soliciting sexual services, revenge porn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harassment:<\/strong> Bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech (race, religion, gender, orientation, etc.), doxxing, verbal abuse, repeatedly contacting users who disconnected\/blocked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scams:<\/strong> Catfishing, financial scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, romance scams for money<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Illegal activity:<\/strong> Drug\/weapons\/human trafficking, copyright infringement, money laundering, terrorist content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Platform abuse:<\/strong> Recording\/screenshotting chats, bots\/scripts, scraping data, hacking, reverse engineering, fake accounts, spam\/advertising, manipulating matching algorithm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inappropriate content:<\/strong> Extreme violence\/gore, self-harm, animal abuse, misleading info<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consequences:<\/strong> Warning (first-time minor), temporary ban (24hrs-30 days), permanent ban, law enforcement reporting, legal action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. NO RECORDING Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udeab RECORDING STRICTLY PROHIBITED:<\/strong> Recording, screenshotting, or capturing video\/audio in ANY form = immediate ban + legal action + potential criminal prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prohibited: Screen recording software (OBS, QuickTime, etc.), screenshots, phone cameras pointed at screens, third-party tools\/browser extensions, audio recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LuckyCrusher does NOT:<\/strong> Record your video\/audio, store video chat content, share your video with third parties, or sell\/monetize your video. Video\/audio transmitted peer-to-peer in real-time only, immediately discarded after chat ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f WARNING:<\/strong> We can&#8217;t prevent other users from recording with third-party tools outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proteggetevi:<\/strong> Never show ID\/documents\/addresses, be cautious what you reveal, assume potential recording, report suspicious behavior, use Next button if uncomfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Text messages temporarily stored for moderation (typically deleted within 30 days). Subscriptions, Payments &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plans &amp; Billing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Free account:<\/strong> Basic random matching with limited features. <strong>Premium subscription:<\/strong> Enhanced features (gender filter, location preferences, ad-free, unlimited matches).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you purchase premium: automatic recurring charges (weekly\/monthly\/annually), authorize us to charge payment method, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, pay price in effect when charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment methods:<\/strong> Credit\/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum &#8211; select plans). Processing by secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We don&#8217;t store full card info.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing &amp; Trials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We may change prices anytime. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after change. 30 days&#8217; notice of increases. Prices in USD unless stated. We DON&#8217;T screen, vet, verify, or conduct background checks. You use at YOUR OWN RISK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We do NOT:<\/strong> Screen\/verify identities, conduct background checks, guarantee safety\/trustworthiness, monitor all chats in real-time, or control user behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Safety Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Never share:<\/strong> Full name, address, phone, email, workplace, school, financial info, bank details, credit cards, social security numbers, passwords. <strong>Never send money.<\/strong> Don&#8217;t click suspicious links.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On camera:<\/strong> Don&#8217;t show ID cards, mail, credit cards, identifying info. Control your background &#8211; be aware what&#8217;s visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trust instincts:<\/strong> If something feels wrong, disconnect immediately.
