These Terms govern your use of LuckyCrusher’s random video chat platform. By using LuckyCrusher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using LuckyCrusher, you confirm you’ve read these Terms, are 18+, can legally agree, and will comply with all laws. We may update these Terms – continued use = acceptance. Notice via email, platform notice, or pop-up.

🔞 Must be 18+ to use LuckyCrusher. Users under 18 are banned immediately and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Age Verification

We verify age through: self-certification, credit card verification (requires 18+), government-issued ID, third-party services, and AI-based age estimation during chats. Providing false information is a material breach with potential legal consequences.

You cannot use LuckyCrusher if you are: A registered sex offender, previously banned, subject to legal restrictions on video chat, or using for illegal purposes.

Geographic restrictions: Service may not be available in all countries. We may restrict access by location. You’re responsible for complying with local laws.

2. Service Description & Accounts

LuckyCrusher provides random video chat connecting users with strangers for live video and text conversations. Features: algorithmic matching based on preferences (gender, location, language), live video/audio (WebRTC), text chat, gender filter (premium), location filter (premium), Next button, report function.

Service is “as available” – we don’t guarantee: uptime, matches (depends on users online), error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

Account Registration

To access certain features, create an account. You agree to: provide accurate information, keep it updated, use real age, not impersonate others, not create fraudulent accounts. One account only – creating multiple to bypass bans, manipulate matching, abuse trials, or evade payment is prohibited and results in termination of all accounts.

Security: You’re responsible for password confidentiality, all account activities, notifying us of unauthorized access, using strong passwords, and not sharing accounts. Report security issues to [email protected].

We may require verification to confirm identity, verify age, prevent fraud, or comply with legal requirements. Failure to verify may result in suspension or feature limitation.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Strictly prohibited:

Consequences: Warning (first-time minor), temporary ban (24hrs-30 days), permanent ban, law enforcement reporting, legal action.

4. NO RECORDING Policy

🚫 RECORDING STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Recording, screenshotting, or capturing video/audio in ANY form = immediate ban + legal action + potential criminal prosecution.

Prohibited: Screen recording software (OBS, QuickTime, etc.), screenshots, phone cameras pointed at screens, third-party tools/browser extensions, audio recording.

LuckyCrusher does NOT: Record your video/audio, store video chat content, share your video with third parties, or sell/monetize your video. Video/audio transmitted peer-to-peer in real-time only, immediately discarded after chat ends.

⚠️ WARNING: We can’t prevent other users from recording with third-party tools outside our control.

Protect yourself: Never show ID/documents/addresses, be cautious what you reveal, assume potential recording, report suspicious behavior, use Next button if uncomfortable.

Text messages temporarily stored for moderation (typically deleted within 30 days). Reported messages retained for investigation.

5. Intellectual Property

LuckyCrusher owns all service content (name, logo, design, software, algorithms, matching technology) protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

We grant limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT: copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, remove notices, use commercially, or use trademarks without written permission.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Plans & Billing

Free account: Basic random matching with limited features. Premium subscription: Enhanced features (gender filter, location preferences, ad-free, unlimited matches).

When you purchase premium: automatic recurring charges (weekly/monthly/annually), authorize us to charge payment method, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, pay price in effect when charged.

Payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum – select plans). Processing by secure third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We don’t store full card info.

Pricing & Trials

We may change prices anytime. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after change. 30 days’ notice of increases. Prices in USD unless stated. May vary by country/region.

Free trials: May be offered at our discretion. One per user (tracked by email, device, payment). Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges. Valid payment method required. Auto-converts to paid unless cancelled.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime: Through account settings or contact support. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds for current period. May reactivate anytime at current pricing.

ALL subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except: Technical issues (extended unavailability at our discretion), billing errors, legal requirements, or discretionary refunds (case-by-case).

NOT eligible for refunds: Change of mind, failure to use service, account termination for violations, inability to find matches, dissatisfaction with matches/experience.

Taxes: You’re responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) unless we’re required to collect.

7. User Safety & Your Responsibility

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING: LuckyCrusher connects you with RANDOM STRANGERS. We DON’T screen, vet, verify, or conduct background checks. You use at YOUR OWN RISK.

We do NOT: Screen/verify identities, conduct background checks, guarantee safety/trustworthiness, monitor all chats in real-time, or control user behavior.

Essential Safety Guidelines

Never share: Full name, address, phone, email, workplace, school, financial info, bank details, credit cards, social security numbers, passwords. Never send money. Don’t click suspicious links.

On camera: Don’t show ID cards, mail, credit cards, identifying info. Control your background – be aware what’s visible.

Trust instincts: If something feels wrong, disconnect immediately. Use report button for inappropriate behavior.

Meeting in Person

STRONGLY ADVISED AGAINST. If you conhecer: public place, tell friends/family, arrange own transport, stay alert. LuckyCrusher NOT responsible for in-person meetings or any resulting harm.

Common Scams

Romance scams (fake connections to solicit money), blackmail (recording explicit content and threatening to share), phishing (tricking into sharing passwords), cryptocurrency scams (fake investments), catfishing (pretending to be someone else).

8. Moderation, Enforcement & Termination

We use: automated detection (AI/machine learning), user reports, human review, proactive monitoring (random sampling).

Reporting

Click “Report” button → select violation type (harassment, nudity, minor, etc.) → provide context → submit. Reports anonymous to reported user, reviewed 24-48 hrs.

Enforcement

Warning (minor first-time) → feature restriction → temporary ban (24hrs-30 days) → permanent ban (immediate, irreversible) → device ban (block new accounts) → legal action (law enforcement or civil claims).

Termination

By you: Delete account anytime (Settings → Delete Account or contact support). Data deleted 30-90 days per Privacy Policy. Cancel subscriptions separately to avoid billing. No refunds.

By us: We may suspend/terminate immediately for: violations, illegal conduct, unpaid fees/chargebacks, security breach, age verification failure, excessive reports, inactivity (6+ months), business needs, or any reason.

Effect: Immediate loss of access, account revoked, content deleted, outstanding payments due, certain provisions survive (recording policy, IP rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, disputes, governing law).

9. Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnification

Disclaimers

Service provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with NO WARRANTIES.

We disclaim all warranties including: merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted/secure/error-free service, accuracy/reliability/quality, user identity/background/intentions/safety, that matches result in relationships.

We do NOT: Conduct background checks, verify identities, screen for criminal history, monitor all chats, or guarantee user safety.

YOU INTERACT WITH STRANGERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Video quality depends on connection/device. Service may be interrupted. No professional advice provided. Not responsible for user content or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

Our max liability: Amount you paid in last 12 months OR $100 USD.

We’re NOT liable for: indirect/incidental/special/consequential/punitive damages, loss of profits/revenues/data/use/goodwill, service issues, unauthorized access, user conduct/content, security breaches, data loss, meetings with users, emotional distress, recording by others, identity theft, fraud, physical harm, injury, death, or any other matter.

Applies to all legal theories (contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, tort, etc.). Some jurisdictions limit exclusions – liability limited to max allowed by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims from: your use, violations, third-party rights violations, content you post, conduct/interactions with users, recording/distributing chats, in-person meetings, breach of representations.

We control defense; you cooperate. Can’t settle without our consent. Survives termination.
